Mosh, MRuiz, and Replays Join Echo Fox for CWL Last Chance Qualifier
Echo Fox is pleased to announce the addition of three players to the Call of Duty roster.
Tanner “Mosh” Clark, Mike “MRuiz” Ruiz and James “Replays” Crowder will be joining current Fox Anthony “Methodz” Zinni for the Call of Duty World Championship Last Chance Qualifier.
The new lineup brings a combination of veteran leadership and heavy slaying newcomers to the Call of Duty competitive scene.
Formerly the captain of FaZe Clan, Replays has played with Zinni under the FaZe Clan banner at the MLG Spring Championship 2013 during Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and again in Call of Duty Ghosts at UMG Philadelphia in 2014. Most recently, Replays has served as coach of FaZe Clan, where he helped propel the team to 3rd place during Stage 1 of the CWL Global Pro League.
“I'm really excited to be teaming with Replays again,” Zinni said. “We had the chance to team under FaZe twice and he's probably one of my favorite teammates I've had. Having him on this roster is huge and I'm stoked for the future with him.”
After failing to make Stage 2 of the CWL Pro League with eRa Eternity, Mosh has returned to play with the Foxes. Mosh is a fast paced slayer who has played with Echo Fox for the majority of tournaments in Infinite Warfare.
“Mosh was on the roster for most events this year and I'm looking forward to having him back with us,” Zinni said. “He's also one of my closest friends in gaming and I'm glad we're both in the position to play with each other again.”
After a brief retirement in Infinite Warfare, MRuiz joined Oxygen Supremacy after competing in Stage 1 of the pro league with Enigma6 Group. After the CWL Anaheim Open, the SMG slayer left Oxygen Supremacy and joined Echo Fox for the final summer stretch.
“MRuiz has always been a stand out player to me personally when he was on E6,” Zinni said. “He has a ton of talent and brings a ton of raw skill to the table. I think he'll be a great addition to the team and I'm glad we were able to grab him.”
On July 27, 16 teams will head to the MLG Arena in Columbus, Ohio for their last chance to book their ticket to the 2017 CWL Championship in Orlando, Florida.
Zinni is looking forward to the event as a chance to shine with the new squad.
“I have really high hopes for this roster and I couldn't be more excited for the future,” Zinni said.
